asshole. quite a strong word, especially when you consider that it’s the title of a website for children. Isn’t it too harsh? we say no. because death is unfair. it’s unpredictable. and it’s frustrating. and for that, a strong word is needed, one that does justice to the emotions surrounding death.

the site is intended as bonus content for a children’s book. it focuses on the physical aspects of death, explained for an age group from eleven to fourteen years old. features include comics about burial procedures in ancient times as well as today and a image slider showing and explaining the decomposition process in the grave.
