i am mara kienast, a communication designer, artist, film enthusiast and overall visual storyteller.

i have slowly made my way through austria: growing up in tirol, studying at the salzburg university of applied sciences and finally arriving in vienna, where i live currently.

i take pride in my ability to remain versatile, allowing me to adapt my creative approach to suit the unique needs of each project and client, rather than sticking to a fixed style. however, i often love to add artistic touches beyond the bare necessities of design, while still appreciating minimalism when it fits.

i believe my strongest skill is learning. i’m always eager to learn new skills and techniques when a project calls for them.
